Tim Ramon was born and raised in Robstown, Texas, where his passion for baseball began early. A standout multi-sport athlete, he earned All-State honors in baseball during his high school career before continuing at Blinn College. At Blinn, he excelled as an All-Conference and All-Region player, paving the way for his move to the University of Louisiana–Lafayette. There, he completed his bachelor’s degree while competing at the Division I level.

After college, Tim went on to play professional baseball in the independent league, gaining invaluable experience that would later shape his coaching career.

Tim has been coaching select, high school, and collegiate athletes since 2003, developing a reputation for producing fundamentally strong, mentally tough players. In 2019, he founded Hustle Nation Fastpitch, where he serves as owner and program leader, building one of the most competitive and respected travel-ball organizations in the region.

Tim has also been giving private baseball and softball lessons since 1998, helping athletes of all ages grow their skills, confidence, and love for the game. His decades of experience as a player, coach, and mentor continue to influence the next generation of competitors.
